BORGO DEI GATTI<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Once upon a time there was an ancient village<\/strong> where a little boy who grew up among the dirt roads and stone houses, surrounded by beautiful vineyards, inhabited by farmers and peasants, worn by the the seasons, as seen from the palms of their hands. This little boy loved his town, his mother\u2019s town. By heart, he knew each and every corner, the grand courtyard where people danced on those warm August evenings, the barns, shelter for those great gentle cats, and even the tavern where the wine helped us all to forget the tiredness of the earth. Piano, piano il paese si \u00e8 spopolato. Anche il ragazzino \u00e8 dovuto partire. Ma si \u00e8 fatto una promessa, un giorno sarebbe tornato e avrebbe fatto rinascere il villaggio di sua madre.<\/p>\n

Le radici a volte sono ali. Ora il sogno \u00e8 diventato realt\u00e0. We would like each of our guests, thinking back on the days spent with us, to be able to simply say: “It was wonderful”. <\/strong>Because “feeling good” isn’t a rational feeling, but one where no words can best describe that particular state of mind.<\/p>\n

It’s that sense of warmth and goodness that envelops you when you feel at home. “Feeling good” is to allow oneself to be infected by the beauty of the little things, such as Zia Erminia<\/a>‘s antique furniture, restored to perfection. True, we could easily have bought a thousand different tables and wardrobes, but rather than have you feel as if you’re staying in a hotel, we wanted you to feel part of a beautiful story.<\/p>\n

“Feeling good” is the ability to leave one’s troubles outside the door of our dwellings and to find yourself, as if by magic, living in a time of a much slower pace, long forgotten by modern man. “Feeling good” is waking up late in the morning, indulging in a lazy and happy breakfast and capturing the warm feeling of your childhood having just awoken within the warmth of your grandparent’s home.<\/p>\n

To “feel good” is also to go to Lino’s Bottega <\/a>and be indulged by the scent of fresh bread, or to chat with the villagers. To “feel good” isto hang out late<\/em> at the Corte del Lupo<\/a>, our idea of a modern tavern, enjoying the finely chosen wines and dishes masterfully prepared by using the wholesome<\/em> ingredients of our local producers that make up the Slow Food<\/strong> circuit.<\/p>\n

“Feeling good” is all this and much more. It is the attention to all the little details that makes for the experience.<\/p>\n

The project<\/h2><\/div>
BORGO DEI GATTI<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Il relais Borgo dei Gatti \u00e8 un grande progetto in divenire. La realizzazione di un sogno ambizioso, quello di far rinascere il Borgo di Golferenzo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il cuore del Relais sar\u00e0 l\u2019Albergo Diffuso con le sue dimore in pietra sapientemente ristrutturate, arredate con cura e attenzione ai dettagli, in cui potrete davvero vivere l\u2019atmosfera di un borgo fuori dal tempo. Sono gi\u00e0 disponibili per i vostri soggiorni le prime tre Ca\u2019 ed altre tre saranno pronte ad accogliervi in primavera. Intorno alle case torna a vivere il villaggio. La bellezza \u00e8 contagiosa.<\/p>\n

Nel 2020 abbiamo inaugurato la Corte del Lupo<\/a>, che \u00e8 la nostra idea di un\u2019osteria moderna, un luogo dove stare, conversare, degustare vini sapienti e cibi che fanno bene all\u2019anima. E siccome un paese non pu\u00f2 non avere la sua bottega, a settembre 2021 \u00e8 nata La Bottega del Lino<\/a>, un piccolo scrigno di tesori dove trovare i prodotti delle migliori aziende agricole del territorio e non solo.<\/p>\n

A marzo 2022, dopo una ristrutturazione radicale, abbiamo riaperto i battenti dell\u2019Olmo<\/a>, lo storico ristorante pizzeria di Golferenzo. Ma non potevamo certo fermarci qui.
