A beautiful stone house nestled in the heart of the medieval village of Golferenzo. Expertly and respectfully restored, it blends modern elements with authentic, traditional materials. The wooden beams, hardwood floors, and soft-colored walls evoke the charming atmosphere of old country houses, while the minimalist design of the kitchen and bathroom offers all the comfort needed for an unforgettable stay.

The stone house is nestled within a private garden and has been masterfully restored. Tastefully furnished, it elegantly blends antique and modern elements in perfect harmony.

On the ground floor, the living area is illuminated by natural light pouring through large white windows. Here you’ll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (featuring a stovetop, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwave) and a cozy lounge area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a modern flat-screen TV. From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious and secluded private garden.

Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious and bright master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and premium mattress. Adjacent is a sunny single bedroom overlooking the garden, and a fully-equipped bathroom with all amenities, including a large and comfortable shower.

Upon request, a baby cot for children up to three years is also available.

The outdoor space perfectly complements the magical atmosphere of the house. You’ll have at your disposal a charming Provençal-style table and chairs for your outdoor meals, as well as a private garden equipped with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the shade of lush greenery.

Every morning, we’ll bring you a basket full of sweet and savory delights.

We leave it right outside your door because we love seeing you smile, with sleepy eyes, just like children on Christmas morning. Inside your basket, you’ll find many delicious treats, different every day: perhaps a freshly baked apple cake, or warm croissants straight from the oven, local coppa ham from our hills, or a couple of slices of exceptional salami, the kind that’s hard to find nowadays. And if you’re vegetarian, vegan, or have any food intolerances, just let us know—we’ll be happy to prepare the perfect breakfast especially for you.
