The use of dedicated sticks helps to perceive and improve one’s posture by providing elements to improve one’s well-being on a daily basis.

An activity suitable for athletic clients who want to experience nature. The typical lesson includes a warm-up phase and a trail run of varying distance and difficulty, where we address specific uphill and downhill techniques, and energy management according to the course.
